Someone called (from a restricted number) to indicate they saw Ekko at 19th and N. Quantico Sts. at about 2:00 pm today (8/14). They called twice. The call was dropped.
The US Mailman stated that he saw Ekko (pretty sure) on 22nd St. near Quantico St. on Thursday (8/13) at about 2:00-2:30 pm.
So it appears that Ekko is hanging around in our neighborhood.
Please keep on the lookout in this area.
Please call immediately if you see Ekko!!

This is great news! The mail carrier's sighting came from volunteers canvassing the site after the first call, so thanks to that anonymous caller for steering us to this area.
And now it's grilling time! What better way to help Ekko get home than to draw him to the right house with the delectable scent of grilling burgers? Hopefully there's nothing getting in the way of that plan for this evening!
